Composer Collaborative

Composer: one who writes music.
Collaborative: a group made up of two or more individuals that work together to achieving a common goal.

Our Common Objective: supporting composers of all ages and abilities to develop their craft and to celebrate their work by producing chamber music programs curated by the Composer-in-Residence, score reading sessions, exclusive rehearsal access, workshops, and on-site composer visits with area high schools, universities, and other music programs.

Activities

  • Call for Scores - New Music, Chamber Concert Series
  • Score Reading Sessions
  • Collaboration with area music departments and programs supporting young composers
  • Composer-In-Residence Program Advisory Board
