“Mick” is a derogatory term for Irish American immigrants. Of that lot, Mick Thomas is the funniest. Born and raised in Wexford, Ireland, it wasn’t until moving to New York that Mick’s stand-up comedy career was born. A natural performer and insightful writer, in a few short years, Mick has blown away one club owner after the next with his honest and genuinely original takes on American society and life as a young and dedicated family man. Mick Thomas entertains audiences regularly all across Long Island and Manhattan, and is swiftly becoming one of the most sought after acts in Clubs and Casinos up and down the East Coast. Mick has performed with the biggest names in comedy.
Joining Mick is Robert Cividanes who has performed in many off Broadway shows as well as regional productions with the Bloomsburg Theatre Ensemble in PA. He earned his SAG card being cast in an episode of TV’s NYPD BLUE. Robert was co-writer & performer in the sketch comedy duo R&R’s Cavalcade Of Whimsy. Writing & performing Stand Up Comedy was a natural next step in the progression of performance. In addition to performing Stand Up in & outside of NY, Robert has written, produced & performed in his One Man Sow “ I Cried Until I Laughed” presented at the Eastcoast Aliens Salon. He is also partner/owner of the company Recover The Laughter which brings recovery based comedy into drug and alcohol addiction treatment facilities.
