Giving to the Allentown Symphony Association
Ticket sales and hall rentals cover less than half of the cost of operating the Allentown Symphony Orchestra and Symphony Hall. It is the annual generosity of individual contributors, in gifts from $10 to $10,000, that makes it possible for the Allentown Symphony Association to accomplish its mission. CONCERT AND ARTIST SPONSORSHIPS
Businesses, corporations and individuals throughout the Lehigh Valley provide important underwriting support for the concerts and guest artists of the Allentown Symphony Orchestra and Symphony Hall. Concert Sponsors receive a variety of special benefits, including incorporation into Allentown Symphony advertising, acknowledgement in programs, free tickets and special receptions. ANNUAL SYMPHONY BALL
For many years the premier social event in the Lehigh Valley, the Allentown Symphony Ball, is now in its 66th year. Held annually on the first Saturday in February, the Symphony Ball raises funds for the programs of the Allentown Symphony Orchestra, for Education and Community Outreach, and for the upkeep of historic Miller Symphony Hall. The Symphony Society is a designation for those individuals who make an annual unrestricted financial gift of $1,500 or more to the Allentown Symphony Association. The Symphony Society enjoys special privileges including advance notice of Symphony Hall events, special receptions, trips, and other social functions.
